Contacting the Computer Helpdesk

The District Help Desk can be reached through the following methods:

• via e-mail - helpdesk
• via phone - (250) 377-HELP (377-4357)
• via fax - (250) 372-1183 (attention Helpdesk)

The District Helpdesk is currently manned by Freddie Cash and Dean Montgomery between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

If you have any questions or issues outside of those hours, please submit your issue via e-mail. We cannot promise an immediate response, but your question will be looked at.

The District Helpdesk can help you with minor computer-related issues on District computers, including: e-mail problems, MS Office errors, shutdown issues, network problems, and the like.

The District Helpdesk cannot help you with problems on your home computers, although we can recommend people who could.
