New Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering Program Fall 2024

In SD73, we have a strong partnership with Thompson Rivers University and we aim to share information to support students and families to learn about new career pathways supported by TRU. For the Fall 2024, TRU is starting their new Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering program.

This five-year degree is designed to allow students to learn about engineering principles, computer science, mathematics, and practical problem-solving that sets them up for a career as an engineer in a rapidly growing field. Students interested in science and mathematics may be interested in this new program as it offers a chance to work in a hands-on environment with the latest technology, building computer systems and designing software.

On the poster (below), you will find some of the key points about the new program with a QR code link to the TRU website that further expands upon course requirements, information on how to apply and some general information about the Computer Engineering profession.
