How to create an account


Go to SchoolCash Online and click Register.

  • Type your first name, last name, and email address, and create a password.
  • Select a security question.
  • Select YES to receive email notifications. You will not receive any marketing emails. Selecting YES enables the system to send you fee notifications.

SchoolCash Online will send you a registration confirmation email. If you do not receive it, check your Spam folder.

Use your email address and password to log in.

How to add a student to your account


Sign in to SchoolCash Online.

Primary Guardians (as identified in MyEdBC) will receive a system generated email from SchoolCash Online advising that you have been granted access to (Student First and Last Name).

Please click "Accept" to add this student to your account.

You will now be able to pay school and activity fees for your student(s).

Additional Users: Contact the Guardian identified as "Primary" in MyEdBC.

How to make a payment


You will be able to view any available items attached to your students that are set up on your account.

Select the item which you would like to purchase and click "Add to Cart."

Once you have finished adding items to your cart, click "Continue".

You can pay for multiple students' items in one checkout.

How do I create an account?

Please go to sd73.schoolcashonline.com to create an online account. See Step #1 for reference. Your email address needs to match information in MyEdBC to receive the email that will attach you to your students.

Please also choose “Yes” to communications. This enables you to receive reminders to pay for outstanding items. 

You are a primary parent/guardian and have not received an email to link your students to your profile

Please confirm that you are the primary parent in MyEdBC. The primary parent is listed as #1 in MyEdBC (Step #3). The primary parent will receive a system generated email (Step #2) from SchoolCash Online to the email address that your school has listed for you in MyEdBC. 

If you are the primary parent in MyEdBC and have not received the system generated email, please reach out to your school. 

 You can only see one of your students
The primary, #1, parent will receive one email (Step #4) for each child.  Ensure you have clicked "Accept" for each student to create the attachment to each student.

Please note that link may take up to 24 hours to show on your account.

How do I know I’m attached?
Once you have successfully “Accepted” the system generated email for each of your students, you will be able to see each student listen in the “My Students” tab. See Step #5 for an example. 
My school has added items and I can’t see them!

Until you have accepted the system generated email, you will not see student fees at your school. After accepting the system generated email, it may take up to 24 hours to create the link.

You will see fees assigned to your students on the “Items” page of your account (Step #6).

Why haven’t I received an email to link my students?
If you have not received an email you may not be the primary parent/guardian in MyEdBC. Please contact the primary parent/guardian and request they share access with you.

Step 2: From “Problems Logging In” Click Contact Us in bottom right corner. From there you are able to submit a help ticket or call SchoolCash Online’s 1-800 number for support.

Go to sd73.schoolcashonline.com to create an online account. Remember to make your email address the same as your MyEdBC information. Please confirm with your school if you are unsure.

Only the primary parent/guardian, Position # 1 below, will receive the access email. Additional users will need to have access shared with them by the primary parent/guardian (See Step #7).

For each of your students, the primary parent (position #1) in MyEdBC will receive an email as pictured below. You need to click “Accept” for each of your students.

A parent/guardian will be able to see all the students they have successfully added under the "My Account > My Students tab.

Step #6. Viewing Your Students’ Items

Once your students’ school has assigned student fees, these items will show under the “My Items” screen with a tab for each of the students you have successfully added.
