OASIS/Atrieve https://bc37.atrieveerp.com Partial outage preventing access to Employee Statements and other PDF documents. You may see a message that states "Unable to access Earnings History files. Please try again." The vendor Escalations Team is working on a fix for these issues. UPDATE - 01-10-2025 10:23 am: The incident has expanded to impact running reports, accessing attachments, uploads, downloads and is causing other application errors. UPDATE - 01-10-2025 11:38 am: Vendor reports that this issue has been resolved. Access to Employee Statements and other PDF documents has been restored. |
