Counsellor appointments can be made for Sept. 1 - 4 and Sept. 8 - 11 for the following and MUST meet the following criteria:

• Missing courses required for graduation

• Require a course for post-secondary admission

• Have an incomplete schedule (fewer than 8 courses)

• Have a course on your schedule that you already completed and passed

  
  

  NO changes will be made to Grades 7, 8 and 9 schedules.

Requests to change courses that do not fulfill the criteria above can be made during the first week of school; a form will be available at the front office to fill out.  Please note as course selections and availability is extremely limited, Ms. Domingo will let YOU know if it can be accommodated so one request will suffice.

Appointments can be made through Ms. Appel (sappel@sd73.bc.ca). On your email, please state the course you would like to change AND the reason why.   Appointments will not be honoured if the reason for the change is not stated.
