Sunnybrae Year End Trip Fundraiser
Throughout the year, we will be offering monthly pizza hot lunch days as a fundraiser to help support the Grade 6/7 year-end trip to Sunnybrae. Pizza lunches can be ordered through Munch-a-lunch under the Fundraising section. Orders are open now. Please note that orders will close one week before each pizza lunch date. Thank you for supporting our students and helping make their year-end trip possible!
Halloween
We know students and families may already be planning on Halloween costumes for school on October 30. We thought we would send this out now in case it influences what you do for a costume.
Students are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costumes or wear orange and black. However, please remember the following about costumes:
- No masks
- No weapons
- No extra paraphernalia that students may lose (this leads to lots of tears and sad faces all around)
- No make-up depicting gore.
- Be sure the clothing is comfortable to be in all day
- No inflatable costumes of any kind
- BE SURE THE STUDENT CAN GO TO THE BATHROOM ON THEIR OWN WHILE IN THEIR CLOTHING / COSTUME
Please remember that we have littles in the school. We don’t want anything too scary as we want them to enjoy the Halloween experience too.
