Finance

The primary responsibilities of the Finance department are preparing the District’s budget, controlling the collection and disbursement of funds, monitoring revenues and expenditures as compared to the budget, risk management and insurance, providing accounting guidance to schools and preparing financial reports.

Each year the District prepares an annual budget, amended annual budget, financial statements and other information to project and report on its financial performance. These reports include:

Statement of Financial Information (SOFI)

In accordance with the Financial Information Act, each Board of Education is required to prepare a Statement of Financial Information (SOFI) for each fiscal year ending June 30th.
